My background
I come from a poor background.
That shaped how I see work, pressure, and responsibility. As a child, I spent my time studying and playing football. Not because it was easy, because it was necessary. Sport gave me structure when I didn’t have much else.
That structure stayed with me.
How I think about work
I entered this business because it rewards full commitment. There’s no room for excuses, only output. Early on, my biggest mistake was believing that almost everything was enough.
Experience taught me otherwise.
Excellence isn’t about intensity.
It’s about consistency.

Quiet standards.
Relentless consistency.
I hold myself to high standards quietly. I don’t celebrate early wins.
Pride comes from sustained performance, not quick numbers.
Until the standard is met, the work continues.

Discipline before confidence
Confidence didn’t come first.
Discipline did. I learned early that consistency matters more than mood. You show up even when motivation isn’t there. Over time, discipline turns into confidence, not the other way around.
That’s how trust is built, with yourself and with others.

Playing the long game
I’m not interested in short-term validation. Quick wins fade fast. What matters to me is progress that compounds. Systems that improve. People that grow. Standards that hold.
Everything I build is meant to last beyond a single moment.
That’s how I measure success.
